What You Can Do

The service may be used for:

• Personal image concepts and creative exploration
• Commercial projects such as ads, presentations, event flyers, and product mockups
• Academic research and educational materials
• Social media posts and digital content

What You Cannot Do

The following content is strictly forbidden. Attempts to create it will be blocked automatically and may result in account action:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic material
• Suggestive imagery including undressing, provocative poses, or intimate scenarios
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or targeted harassment
• Depictions of real people without their consent, or IP infringement
• Deepfakes, disinformation, or any content designed to deceive
• Anything that violates applicable laws or regulations

Automated Moderation

Every text prompt submitted for AI image generation is screened before generation. Prompts that request NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise harmful content are blocked.

Consequences

Violations may lead to: the content being blocked, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, or — where the content is illegal — a report to law enforcement. Marey Images reserves sole discretion in determining violations and enforcing this policy.
