1. Agreement to Terms
By using Marey Images you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, you should stop using the platform immediately.
2. What We Provide
Marey Images offers AI-driven image and visual generation tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts & Security
You may sign in using a third-party provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and branding belong to Marey Images. You own the images you generate through the service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform itself.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems • Resell access to the service without written permission • Interfere with or circumvent security features • Use the service for any unlawful activity • Generate NSFW, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, graphic violent, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise harmful imagery • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
6. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marey Images disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, rather than in court.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
