Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund for Marey Images subscriptions and credit purchases.

Eligibility

  • You must submit your refund request within 3 days of the original purchase
  • Only subscription-based credits qualify — one-time credit pack purchases are final
  • If more than 100 subscription credits have been consumed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund

How to Request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, order ID, date of purchase, and reason
  3. Make sure the request is sent within the 3-day eligibility window

What Happens Next

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. A processing fee of up to 6% may apply.
